At East London Container Services, we provide shipping containers for use on-site in a variety of sizes, very competitively priced. We supply containers for hire, either brand new or refurbished containers, all of which are in a wind and water-tight condition. Our containers are usually painted dark green and also come with a 'lock box' fitted for added security.
We don't restrict our products to standard shipping containers; we also provide a wide range of converted shipping containers too, from offices to canteens and welfare units to on-site accommodation. We have a variety of containers that can be converted to meet your specific requirements.
Shipping containers are usually 8' wide and 8'6" in height and come in three standard lengths, 10', 20' and 40'. However, these can all be modified to different lengths if required, and we also hold stock containers in non-standard lengths.

Transport
We do not operate our own haulage; instead, we subcontract that part of our business to various reputable and reliable haulage companies, all of whom have fully qualified drivers, are correctly licensed and insured to deliver efficiently and effectively, and most importantly, carefully, with relevant risk assessments and method statements.
We can arrange the transport for you, and negotiate the best possible price on your behalf. However, our customers have the option of arranging their own transportation from our depot in Upminster, Essex to wherever the container needs to be sited.
We are also able to offer a container re-positioning service, carried out by one of our hauliers, should the container need to be re-sited or re-positioned.
